The house is tucked away in the quiet Benson neighborhood of Omaha. It is a beautiful, safe, walkable part of the city. Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees.

It is a close 15 min drive to downtown Omaha and is pretty much centrally located, so that everything is just a short drive away.

We are pet lovers, so no extra fees for bringing your furry friends. Anything more than two pets may incur a separate charge though.
Other things to note
There is a camera facing the front door and another on the back door of this house. We do not have cameras inside the residence itself, so your privacy is assured.

It's best to consider this listing as a comfortable and clean home. We like to share our home and provide some foodstuffs for you our guests. Stayed for two weeks in this absolutely amazing home. The owners are super friendly and very responsive with regards to any communication and or questions I had. The home itself is very comfortable and has a favorable location, just minutes from shopping and many great restaurants. Thank you so much!!

Family get together

This was a cute and cozy house that was fantastic for our little family get together in Omaha. It was centrally located so was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Just wished we would have had warmer weather so we could have enjoyed sitting on out on the back patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Omaha sibling weekend

The accommodation was tidy and spacious. The home does need a lot of repairs, however as there was a leaking toilet, and the shower curtain hardware was not properly holding the shower curtain up. Some of the outlets did not work and the owner had to come and bring us a new TV because that also did not work. There’s a TV in the big room downstairs, but my brother was not able to get that one working either. They were very accommodating, but this property definitely has a few challenges. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head at night is great.
