Great location, helpful staff, room had a bit of weird smell and the bathroom sink was clogged. No other major concerns otherwise the price was right and felt safe and the room did what it needed to do.

It was clean and very well kept. The staff was helpful, but I am not a fan of the AI check-in/ check-out. I prefer an actual person. The only issue we had was we checked-out a day early and we didn't get refunded the night we didn't stay there.

There was nothing unique or special about this hotel. It is an older hotel that was clean and quiet. We chose not to eat the breakfast as it was not very appealing. No coffee, no hot breakfast, just waffles, cereal, and toast. The usual foods you would expect from a low cost hotel.

The sheets were clean, the carpet were not, needs to be carpet cleaned badly. Might be nice if the AC in the upstairs hall actually worked, downstairs AC in the hall ran okay. Hot breakfast only available on the weekends, weekday is more grab and go/cereal breakfast. Bathroom was gross to be honest, but location proximity made it a good spot to land while seeing the sites of Omaha/downtown/Zoo area only 13 minute drive away. The halls and stairs need cleaned dailying, feels a little neglected. Great customer service from all staff.

Staff was not helpful at all. Was told at least 5 times AFTER check in time there were no rooms clean. They tried to charge my card 3 more times after I already paid. Very sketchy not well maintained place. Door would not even lock because the door frame was so busted.

First when I went up to the hotel desk there wasn’t anybody at the desk. After a few minutes I realized that a computer screen had a person on it and he was talking to us. We could barely understand what he was saying. We started watching the bottom of the screen! We then found out they didn’t have an elevator and there was

Room was clean. The shower leaked onto the floor causing a big puddle of water. We had to use towels to divert the water back into the tub to prevent it from going over the sides. There was no hot breakfast when we went to eat. Waffles and cereal were available .

From the kiosk to the no person on property to the toilet seat that was super loose to the shower knob that didn't work correctly to the phone call for cking on a tumbler that we called about not long after we left. They never returned the call. Its a dump. I wont stay there again.

We just needed a stay for one night while we traveled from South Dakota to Missouri. Check in was a little strange. There was a virtual agent that recorded everything that was said, then there was a real person doing the check in. They are nice, it was just an odd experience. The location wasn’t the best in the area, but okay. The building was a little dilapidated. The toilet seat cover wasn’t the right size or shape, the door to the room and bathroom were beat up pretty badly, but still latched. The room had an odd smell. Not sure what it was?? Breakfast had some variety but was out of some things. I would probably stay again if I needed another cheap overnighter, but I wouldn’t stay long term.

Not bad for a night or two; however, I would not recommend for a long-term stay as my stay was for 5 days. Relatively clean, but numerous minor maintenance issues. No housekeeping was present and I had to request fresh sets of towels. Customer service was handled through a video console but was helpful. Overall acceptable for the daily rate, but again not recommended for long-term stay.
