The interior decor includes traditional furnishings and a variety of locally curated artwork. Thoughtfully placed windows, skylights and french doors reflect the vaulted ceilings and allow natural light to pour through each floor of the house.

An impressive, state of the art kitchen offers top-of-the-line Viking appliances, with custom cabinetry centered around an enormous prep area.

Additional amenities include quiet sitting areas, walk-in showers, jetted tub, laundry room, walk out lower level, a fully equipped game room with billiards, ping-pong table, poker table, darts, a theater area with a Roku projector, and exercise equipment.

Our first full friend group getaway went amazing! Such a great location and the house was perfect to fit all of us comfortably. Scott was great and super responsive the entire stay. The bedrooms on the main level could have used a little more storage and some of the windows didn’t have shades - not an issue for privacy, but did make sleeping past sunrise more difficult for those of us spoiled by blackout shades, haha. Overall a great stay!

The house is very spacious and the location is excellent (walkable to town). Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms had great water pressure. The house is showing a lot of wear and tear (stained sofa cushions and patio cushions for example) and needs some maintenance to match the VRBO photos. A nice touch would be to make sure every bedroom had a mirror and blinds on all the windows - not everyone loves natural light pouring in first thing in the morning.

Great property and host!

This house was clean, spacious, and fun! Our big group had plenty of space. We had the best time hanging out in the large game room basement. Scott and Molly were so nice, accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend!

Perfect home for a family gathering

We stayed at this property for the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. I was impressed by the photos while booking, and it exceeded my expectations in person. The large kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals and each relative loved their room- which is not an easy feat! We had a blast in the game room, and it had more entertainment options than any other home I've stayed in. Scott went above and beyond and answered any questions I had immediately, even over the holidays. I would highly recommend this home and I hope to return for a future family gathering.

Fun Space for Family

We were gathering for a family wedding and greatly appreciated the common gathering areas on the main floor and basement for our 2 families. The 20-somethings played pool and ping pong and hung out without disturbing those of us who wanted to go to bed earlier. The property manager promptly and cordially handled a small issue on arrival. Beautiful home, great week

We had an amazing week with family and friends at this beautiful home. Having stayed for many years closer to the footbridge, we loved the new location and the easy walk to town and the beach, with restaurants such an ease to walk to. Molly, the property manager, was amazing and super responsive to any needs or questions that we had. Can’t wait to stay again!

OgunquitFest Weekend

Spent a rainy OgunquitFest weekend in a beautiful home owned by Scottie. Brought the family up and we had a relaxing evening in the spacious family room. We also had fun playing pool, ping pong, and just hanging out and laughing in the game room downstairs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean too. Convenient being so close to downtown, the beach, and Perkins Cove. The property manager Molly was quick to respond to any questions I had for her. As well as kind and polite. Looking forward to meeting Scottie next time at his restaurant. We will be back!

Great location

This location is fantastic it is 2 minute walk into town on a quiet street. The house has a great basement with big tv, bedroom, bathroom and work out area. Molly who helps manage the property is very welcoming and even offered us a ride to our next location. House is very comfortable and spacious.
