Welcome to South Beach! Beautiful 3 bedroom condo located in South Beach - one of OC's luxury destinations! The building is on the beach and boardwalk at 7th St. This condo is on the side of the building with both ocean and bay views. The condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths, and balcony. While at the building, enjoy the indoor / outdoor pools, or use the exercise room. You are also so close to many of the downtown restaurants, shopping and amusements. This condo has 4 TV's with premium cable channels, and Free Wifi. ( available in season only, disconnected for the winter.) Accommodates 8, smoking is not allowed, and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great location with 3 beds and 3 baths!

Location was perfect for us and hard to fine 3 beds with 3 baths, but could use some updating especially in kitchen and outdoor furniture. Minor maintenance would be a big improvement too! Property management team was very friendly and helpful!
