The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!
*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Wonderful stay. Nice condo . Kitchen is outdated and the dryer is not great but love the Quay. Condo definitely needs some updates but very clean and comfortable.

Perfect beach front location for our family!
The condo was perfect for our larger family. We really enjoyed the view from the 21st floor. Watching the sunrise and dolphins was fun. We would definitely recommend this condo!
