The Quarters at Marlin Cove 401 offers comfort, relaxation, and convenience. It boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open living area and a large private balcony. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the nice sized living room with flat screen cable TV, separate dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The furnished balcony is conveniently located off the living area and primary bedroom with large sliding doors that offer views of the canal, the bay and beautiful sunsets - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV w/streaming and ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV w/streaming. The third bedroom features two full-sized beds, a twin trundle, a flat screen TV w/streaming and a balcony that overlooks the pool and has views of the bay. There is a second full bathroom to serve the living area and guest bedrooms. This property sleeps 9 and rents mini-weeks offering a short getaway or stay for a full week.

Beautiful condo & wonderful vacation

The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and ideal location. Family friendly building. Relaxing waterfront view. Close proximity to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. our family would love to stay there again! We’ve been vacationing in OCMD for many years and this was our favorite condo!
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2024
