I have stayed at plenty of ocmd hotels and am not expecting a high standard of accommodation and am ok with that, but I will not return to this hotel. I reserved an ocean front upper on Expedia and was put on the second floor where I could hear the family conversations and smell the smokers at the pool if the balcony door was left open making it unusable. It smells like pot everywhere and disgusting garage or left over take out. The hotel is dirty, very dirty, trash is left everywhere outside the property. It is hard to feel comfortable because you do not feel clean. The cleaning lady didn't change our bedding or sweep the room the 4 nights we were there. They would service the room upon request, which we did, and received towels and one poor attempt at making the beds. They did not sweep, wipe any surfaces or clean the bathroom. The balcony curtain and opener are stained. The floor of the balcony has red sticky goo on the ground and the plastic furniture is tired. The water in the bath tub would not drain so you'd stand in your dirty water and have to wait for it to drain before another could start their shower. The sink P trap leaked which we reported, it was not fixed. We requested it again, which an attempt was made and a sink stopper was brought so I guess that is good, but the sink still leaks from the trap when we left. A major concern is there is mold everywhere on the ceiling and walls. The breakfast is not as advertised and is not hot.

Property has 2 buildings— a large interior hotel that faced the beach and a smaller rundown motel across the parking lot facing the street. The room we reserved was city view so that put us in the rundown motel building. The room was extremely small and rundown. The balcony sliding door wouldn’t open, there were stains on the bathroom walls and ceiling tiles, the phone wasn’t connected to anything, and there was mold or mildew on the window AC unit that was in the wall. The location was good, no problem finding parking and the 2 pools were fine. If you book, I would highly recommend getting oceanfront or at least ensure you are in the large building on the beach. Note: the lobby is in the motel portion. There are no signs so we had no clue where to check in until we asked a cleaning lady.

We had a great 3 days stay. Lots of dining options around.Walking distance to boardwalk and parks. Just a little problem with a buthtub which was resolved promptly by manager Eric. He also gave us some refund/credit for the inconvenience. Thank you for the nice vacation to hotel and stuff.

This hotel is within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants, but not very clean. There was food and a candy wrapper on the floor in our room when we arrived and the comforters on the beds were dirty. The staff was very kind and provided replacements.

Stayed August 6-10, 2025 at the 29th street Quality Inn. My upper floor ocean front room was well worth the extra money. Relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in was amazing. The room was very quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our 3 suitcases, shoes, etc. Shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water and counter was big enough for our 3 sets of toiletries. The main parking lot and overflow lot provided plenty of spaces. Staff was friendly and happy to help or answer questions. Breakfast was included 7-10am with waffle maker, cereal, muffins, milk and OJ. Coffee is available 24 hours by the front desk, and it was good! We didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pool but they looked clean and there was always people in them. My only wish is to provide hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang our towels, and perhaps a retractable clothes line to hang our suits. Hotel is 1 block from Jolly Roger amusement park. Overall very happy with our stay.

This was bearable for what some may consider a last minute reservation (1 1/2 months). You are most definitely paying forvthw factbots ob the beachfront. Only 1 elevator in the 5 floor building was sketchy. The door to our room stuck abd didn't close unless we slammed it, the drawers kept opening on there own, the balcony was dirty and the door wouldn't lock. Oh and in general the room and most areas of the hotel just smelked werid in an un pleasant way. Also the outside pool was only ooen from 10am to 6pm and wasn't cleaned well.

First off, the room wasn’t really clean. Debris u der bed and in drawers. Carpet is gross. Hairs in bathtub. The outside of the property is not cleaned. Trash everywhere that people toss is not picked up at all. For 5 days the same trash was around outdoor pool!! The hotel is old and smelly. The breakfast bar is set up so stupidly as well. Lines were long because of this and also the area is too small. Stay away. Far away. I saw the outdoor pool checked for ph and chlorine one tine in 5 days.

The room was outdated with ugly carpet and bed sets, rusty lamps that most of them didn’t even turn on and work, an old white telephone that had turned yellow it was so old and also didn’t work to even call down to the front desk, none of the outlet plugs worked except for one and my whole family had to take turns using that one outlet plug to charge our phones. They didn’t clean it before we arrived, there was blood stains on the one bed sheets & what looked like a fresh blood clot on the other bed sheet. all over under the dining table was clumps of white human hair about two inches long like someone had just gotten a haircut prior to us arriving and it wasn’t vacuumed at all! On the 2nd day of our 4 day stay we swore that we locked our balcony door and shut the curtain but when we came back from the boardwalk later in the night it was opened and unlocked,I had left 2 devices behind while we walked the boardwalk & two days later & 6 hours after we checked out,we were already back home & I got an email stating that someone in Maryland on a PC was renting movies on our Netflix, I had already been 3 states away at home!also the elevator worked once-for only about 2 hours our whole stay!self serve coffee creamers in lobby were expired & sour! Hotel smelled like weed inside&out! ghetto parties by employees all night downstairs! vending machines broken! Never staying here again!
