Three balconies and incredible water views make this split-level condo a standout retreat in Ocean City. The thoughtful layout offers both privacy and stunning scenery, beginning with a private primary suite featuring its own 14th-floor oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to take in the sound of the waves and the morning sea breeze. Downstairs, the spacious main living area provides a comfortable gathering space where you can relax in front of the TV or enjoy meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Early risers will love watching the sunrise from the main oceanfront balcony, while the second bedroom, located at the opposite end of the unit, features its own bayside balcony where you can unwind and take in the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, making this layout ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy both ocean and bay views throughout their stay.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there were several things that didnt make it excellent:1) cargo elevator very small making it difficult to load & unload; 2)Door to our unit was EXTREMELY HARD to open & close. Had to push VERY hard to get to shut every time. Most times needed both hands to open with doorknob from inside when leaving; 3)Toilet on top floor very loud when flushing-like an airplane or restaurant toilet making it hard not to disturb other person sleeping; 4)ALL BLINDS WERE HORRIBLE! Missing slats and multiple slats didnt close making it difficult to sleep past sunrise. Recommend room darkening curtains or better blinds; 5) welcome bag didnt have trash bags & dish detergent as advertised.Good things: kitchen had plenty of needed items. Spacious living room. Bedrooms decent size.
