Enjoy the best of both worlds in this Century I unit, a beautiful two-story oceanfront condo offering stunning views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. The entry-level primary suite features its own private balcony and sweeping bay views, creating a peaceful place to relax and take in Ocean City's famous sunsets. Upstairs, the bright open living area showcases breathtaking ocean views and provides access to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise and the sound of the waves. The unit also includes a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals during your stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the condo highlight the incredible scenery, while two full bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience and comfort to your beach getaway.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
