This is your Happy Place! Perfectly located in the heart of midtown Ocean City this spacious beach retreat has everything you need for a fabulous family vacation. The beautiful open living area provides plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining area easily accommodates 9 offering table seating for 6 as well as 3 counter stools. Grab your favorite cold beverage and relax on the private balcony. The balcony can also be accessed from the lovely primary bedroom where you will find a large primary bathroom with jetted soaking tub stand-up shower and dual sinks. An additional full tub & shower bathroom is located near the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a convenient half bath and laundry area. Whether you prefer a splash in the rooftop pool or a short walk to the beach you can do it all from Sunset Beach 107!
* Per Sunset Beach condominium rules his condo allows no more than 4 non-related persons to occupy the property at one time. Although the property sleeps a maximum of 9 the occupants must not have more than 4 unrelated guests staying at the property. Guests will be required to complete and return a status form upon booking.

Great stay
It is a bright, airy and homey. I love that all the lights were labeled. The waffle maker is a great touch. The only things that would be a great addition is would be mats for the bathrooms and sharper knives.
