The hotel only had one (1) working elevator throughout our entire four (4) night stay. Further, when we requested a shower stool or a Handicap Room the Front Desk Clerk who checked us in was most uncooperative.

Staff checking us in very friendly. Hotel remodeling looks great. Just EXTREMELY upset when checking out I was charged an extra $75 because of my 7lb dog. We have never been charged for him in the past at any of the hotels. We stay at the one in Fort Meyers usually. Never filled out anything to register him or approve any payment for it. The clerk just automatically charged my credit card when we were leaving.

It’s what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Clean, quiet, great breakfast choices and ease of check in. Some upgrade construction was going on but didn’t interfere with our stay. Always a good choice for away accommodations.
