The room I initially had was dirty and smelled bad. Went to the store the first night to buy air fresheners, and tried to clean the shower the best I could before using it. The next morning I learned that some other people we were traveling with had actually checked out to go to another hotel. My room was prepaid so this was not a good option for us. The staff came and checked out our room, cleaned the bathroom a little where there seemed to be dried vomit on the wall, and then agreed to let us change rooms. The second room was clean and we ended up staying. It was fine, what you would expect for the price. Few amenities. Convenient location.

The shower did not work well, had to be on hot to get a good water stream, Took two days to fix. Never cleaned our room, took towels we left out side the door and then in return gave us no towels, did not empty the trash, no cleaning service services for 2 days. They blamed it on us for having a do not disturb sign on door before 11 am. Was told dogs are kept on fist floor and we haf two dogs get into it on second floor Will never stay again

Check in was quick, professional and friendly. The property was clean and well kept, however, there was a couple issues. The were two teabag wrappers laying in the elevator, which in itself isn't that noteworthy, but there were several employees that had been in that elevator multiple times. There were also 2 times that we had to kill a live roach in the room. Other than those issues, the hotel was clean. The breakfast nook was small and crowded, but the food was good and varied enough.
