It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and right across the street is a shopping center with and near by coffee shops, etc. also we walked to Trader Joe’s. We then hopped on the bus right across the street to head into San Francisco. We had a great time.

Staff was rude. No WiFi, not family friendly. Didn’t try to accommodate family with multiple kids. Charged us $16 for 2 cups of coffee. Rooms felt dirty.

Were just staying for a quick overnight. Staff was very friendly and generously gave wife and me a free breakfast on learning it was our anniversary trip. Very professional and helpful with locating other needs at places near the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Good views of bay.

Pretty ok

Was pretty mid. We had some bad luck, our neighbors were young adults that decided to party at 3AM, so we didnt get much sleep. The wifi was out our entire visit, and we learned that it had been out for several days. No ETA on fix. But their IT team was supposedly hard at work. We had Zoom calls, and front desk suggested going to Starbucks. Great location to San Francisco, so that was a plus. The shower had good water pressure, the toilets worked, and we had a decent view of the east bay.
