This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure.

When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond.

Nice resort with surprisingly good restaurants. Great location with some great local restaurants within easy walking distance. Friendly staff. Pool needs some maintenance, which we were advised will happen in Jan 2025. Beach access was lovely. Overall a nice 4Star resort.

They first offered us a basement room which was terrible and like we were in a cave. After several requests they gave us a main floor room which was ok. Sink was not draining so maintenance people came to room and removed bunch of hair stuck in the sink which could have been done before giving room to us. The experience we got was really not worth for money we paid.

Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great. LOTS of food options at this resort and nearby. Even for those picky eaters.

It was a pleasant stay. Room are big and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the place is outdated and access to the beach is little bit dirty and limited. All and all it’s fine and we’ve had a good time staying there.

Great staff!!! Extremely helpful and frankly, they give you honest opinions on the area and things to do. I got sick for a day and they were helpful in getting me to the hospital which was about 7-10 minutes away. Our room was good but some rooms are more modern so ask for a more modern one if available.. if not, it's still great rooms. I had an issue with AC and they fixed it. Please tip these folks.. they deserve it! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at hotel Nikko benoa, amazing and friendly service always with a smile. Very clean, great pool, beautiful location on beach, lovely locals, good food in and around resort. Would be great if they would add a small playground for children. Otherwise near perfect

The hotel was perfectly clean and tidy but the rooms and some of the common areas could do with some updating. Located right on the beach. Plenty of sun beds available. Beach scrupulously clean.

Staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to help. Had the romantic dinner on the beach. Food was 5/5 as was the service (unfortunately didn't get the man's name). The gentlemen at the pool bar also 5/5. The young man who serviced our room was excellent also and left us little notes and animals he had created with towels each day. Thank you, lovely touch. We used the spa for a massage and facial. Very good value for money. It was my birthday and the lady from the restaurant brought a cake to my room and was very kind with her birthday wishes. Lots of restaurants, bars, spas and convenience stores around the hotel.

Loved our week long stay at Nikko. Perfect for us. Not too big, not too small. The staff went out of their way to help with anything we wanted. Beautiful pool area for relaxing and own beach. So close to everything we needed. Many restaurants to choose in the hotel and on the street behind. Would absolutely go back. Miss it already now we are at the next place.
