Refrigerator and desk lamp were connected to a power strip that I found the next day was off so my items spoiled Also there was a super flood light that came on at 2:00am not sure what that light was for . It was on the ceiling right above the bed.

It was very very noisy. The room door had big gaps which let in cold air and lots of noise. The parking lot flooded. The towels were thin and scratchy. The beds were comfortable and good pillows.

The room was ok but we had a joining door between us and the room next door and there is a large gap under that door so we could hear everything going on in that room. The walls were paper thin to. People showed up after 11pm and very so loud and started playing music! The next night they did the same thing so I had to go ask to move rooms, which thankfully the front desk did right away. So I guess my review is that the property is not that great but staff was understanding and accommodating.

Waited in line for two hours to check in. There was a rush of customers when the freeway closed, and the location accepted bookings but did nothing to accommodate the rush of people coming in. Truly miserable experience.

Check-in was the slowest I've ever experienced. There was road closures, so it's understandable that a bunch of individuals were booking up the hotel, but for some reason it took individuals over an hour to get to their rooms. However, the room was comfortable and they stay wasn't bad, just the check-in; enough to make give a lower overall score.
