The hotel was not able to provide additional towels for us to wash our face the next day. Hotel should know their fully book and anticipate the need. During checkout there was no staff to be found: There is a basket where you can leave your keys. I called the hotel to make sure that was okay as we had to leave. I asked the rep of his name and he hang up the phone. The hotel has potential but service can be a little better. Thank you
