Unfortunately the pictures made the hotel seem amazing, but in person it left alot to be desired. The room had no towels, and we werent the only ones. The refrigerator was dirty and there was some trash on the floor and under the bed.

I enjoyed a three-night stay at this location. However, my only concern was the Wi-Fi speed, which left much to be desired. It was frustratingly slow, making it nearly impossible to stream videos or use certain apps effectively. This made it difficult to fully utilize my devices during my stay.

We checked in on Friday the tub was filthy. The microwave was greasy the sheets smelled very strongly of bleach The tables was sticky the mirrors were dirty. I called down to the desk @ 7p & reported it to them. I was told they would send someone 2.5 hours later I called again & was told not sure when it could be done. The next morning, I went to the desk & was told that the room would be turned over completely. I had to call again to complain Needless to say 22 hours after check-in Someone came to clean just the. tub I said the whole room was filthy She was an older woman & clearly worn out. So I ended up helping her clean the tub. I then borrowed her cleaner & finished cleaning the room. We got her to give us a new set of sheets & my husband & I ended up stripping & the making the bed. We could have stayed home & saved the money!

To start, there was no toilet paper in the room. The room smelled musty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, the sheets were stained. There was dust everywhere. Even the “welcome card” from the previous customer was still there. I feel like they just made the bed and said it was ready. Absolutely disgusting. The hotel room card deactivated about 6 times and the front desk staff were not at all professional or pleasant. The skinny man I seen at the counter for our initial arrival was pleasant but the two older ladies were unkind. I made sure the card was no where near my phone and it was still deactivated EVERY time I tried to get back into the room. The TV doesn’t work. The front desk will tell you to “play” with the remote to make it work. Really????? I would never stay here again. The toilet sounds like it’s exploding when you flush it. Room 25 if anyone would like to try for themselves. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Needs Improvement

The room required a more thorough cleaning, as there was a noticeable odor upon entry. Additionally, the cable TV was unavailable, and the WiFi connection was inconsistent, frequently dropping in and out. The bathroom fan was also nonfunctional. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the continental breakfast was quite enjoyable.

Couldn’t even plug in a lamp because of broken cord. Tried second light and it kept flickering on and off. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Beds sat on the floor. Went to another hotel.

Favorite place to stay

Stay was great. Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool area is nice and rooms are adequate. Great prices we even extended our stay.
