This is the first time ever that i have checked in and then left within 5 minutes. The room was filthy and smelly. Whilst the woman at reception was helpful she didn't seem surprised! Dont use this hotel.

I did not stay and checked out immediately. The room smelled weird, there wear dead bugs being eaten by ants and my family did not feel safe. Also, because I check out right away I was supposed to get a refund and never got one.

Unclean room

First of all the staffing was excellent! The front hostess was wonderful and helped us no problem. It was a problem once we got into the room and noticed that there was a dirty toilet, hair in the bathtub and sink, flies, and just general uncleanliness.

Breakfast was fine and the rooms need to be updated. Had a room right next to main entrance on ground floor which was quite convenient. Except for the fact the employee’s smoke area was right beside it . Guest and employees would walk right in front if us as we were sitting outside our room. Stayed here plenty of times but ready to try a different place.

The list- we had an iron but no ironing board, the hair dryer did not work, the bathroom fan was missing only exposed wires, only 2 tiny lamps for light, the bed creaked every time you moved, the security door for the building would not close and we had to have our key cards reactivated the second day after we walked up the stairs. We had to walk back to the office that was in another building to get it reactivated.

This hotel was purchased by the Ascend Group. This hotet has descended. Filthy. Checked out a day early because of the conditions and hotel refused to refund the one night. Its a shame our family has stayed at this property 6 times under the old owners and it was great. Not anymore. Save yourselves stay away.

Our son and dil had to cancel their reservation because their Suite wasn't cleaned, they requested cribs, had no cribs. Their Suite was appalling.

Poor condition

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, outdated, and had an unpleasant odor that resembled mold and dirty laundry. The tub was also dirty, which made the bathroom feel unsanitary. The furniture was very old, the room was poorly lit, and overall the space felt neglected. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable—I truly felt overcharged. On top of that, both the vending machines and ice machine were out of order. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I would not recommend staying here.

While the staff was kind and helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. Immediately after checking into our room, we were greeted with a red substance that resembled blood on the bathroom floor and what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The amenities at the time of our arrival were not all accessible and the breakfast was an assortment of warmed up frozen breakfast foods. While the location was convenient, due to the current state of the hotel, I would not stay here again.

We have stayed here before and had good experiences. Disappointed in our stay this time. The hard floor when you first enter the room was dirty, there was a broken chair in the room, tv and lamps were all unplugged, vent fan in bathroom didn’t even turn on, and the AC unit was very dusty. Outside the railing near our room (on the 2nd floor) was broken. The lobby was clean and looked as I expected from past visits, so maybe it was just the room we stayed in.
