Lovely weekend stay with kids. Hotel is new and clean. Great swimming pool. Restaurant and bar quiet but nice service and food. Great area hotel. Only remark is the car chargers are in need of maintenance. 4 on site but only 1 working intermittently. Free though.

The only reason we booked this hotel was that one of the pictures shows a water park. We were very disappointed to learn that this water park is not at the hotel. It is an entirely independent facility, a few minutes' drive away from the hotel. It is entirely misleading…

Property new but rooms extremely noisy.When I asked if anyone was near our room - response was sir I can’t tell you that !noise from anyone or anything - no sound block from bottom of door. Place all new though.

The hotel was great. We love that it's new (2024) and the flooring is vinyl instead of some nasty carpeting. The amenties looked great. We didn't get to try the pool and food but it looked very nice. We only stayed one night for Storyland but I would come back to this hotel again.

Exceptional Stay

Loved it! A few things I would upgrade, first maybe a little outdoor seating area or patio would have been nice. I also think with such a big hotel maybe expanding to have an outdoor pool or another indoor pool would be nice. The staff were all very helpful and super nice. Would definitely stay here again things were Top Notch. I liked the bar in the lobby it was a nice touch.
