Conveniently nestled a short distance from both Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake State Park and just around the corner from Downtown North Conway. This charming condo is complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeping for up to 6 people. Available for weekend, weekly, monthly and season rental.
*Main Level - Living room with flat screen TV and sleeper sofa, kitchen and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
*Second Level - Master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2), walk-in closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
*Lower Level - Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) and laundry (washing machine and dryer).
Amenities include: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, basic cable, internet, standard coffee maker, basic cooking amenities, sheets and towels. This unit offers 3 window unit air conditioners (one for each floor).
Availability: Weekend, weekly and seasonal. Property is also available for month rentals Mid-May through Mid-October. Spring, Summer and Fall monthly rentals are available for $2,000 a month, please contact us for details.
