Friendly front desk staff, clean room, good breakfast. Biggest issues were the internet connection was incredibly slow, and the toilet kept clogging when no solid waste was being flushed. We were there 3 nights, and after the 1st night we started going to the lobby restroom.

We’ve stayed here a couple times when visiting our sailor in Great Lake. The rooms are perfect for the families to celebrate and spend time with their loved ones. The breakfast is nice, lots of options. The suites offer the perfect space to cook if your sailor wants a home-cooked meal, or to bring food back and just relax. The location is great, making it easy to go back-and-forth to Base and around the area.

The 2 room suite with kitchen was a good size and met needs for our stay. But the place is pretty grimy. The couch was very dirty, no one wanted to sit on it. And the bathroom towels were stained. All furniture and decor is outdated and not in the best shape, badly needs a remodel. The hotel staff was very kind and courteous.
