The room was clean and nice and I just told my husband I loved the breakfast options and another top notch thing was that they had a wonderful set up for Navy sailor families to watch the graduation ceremony in a private room. Staff was wonderful as they welcomed us, they provided information for the Navy graduation as for tickets and places to go while our stay in Chicago. Enjoyed a early breakfast on the go. Got orance juice, bacon, yogurt and fruit loops cereal and ate in the car while we headed down to the line to get into the Navy Base for our sons's graduation ceremony. If it wasn't for this early breakfast we would have been weak and not been able to withstand all the waiting while at the ceremony. Thank you!!! The chairs in the room need to be refurbished to make the room a little bit more decent. Blow dryer made a sound maybe it needs a new one! I couldn't get the dishwasher to function. They did not go into our room for room service, our bed wasn't made and they couldn't bring us any additional towels. I did ask for an extra blanket at the front and they provided me with one. Internet worked well! They have a laundry room but did not get a chance to wash anything because I did not have quarters with me $2 for wash, $2 for drying and $2 for soap.
