Clean rooms. the staff was awesome! I just hope they have a lower floor available on my next visit as my husband is disabled and even with the elevator, he struggled getting our items in and out of the building. They always had a parking spot for disabled parking in front of the office that was opened. That was wonderful.Melanie was awesome as she was friendly and answered any questions we had.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were here for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I was very impressed by the staff. We had an issue with a family member that over indulged at the pre wedding celebration and the manager and staff treated our family member with much kindness and respect. I feel they were very empathetic and handled the situation in a very kind manner which deescalated the situation. Thank you for your empathy and understanding.

Room had a funky smell every time we entered the room. The staff was good even though my room wasn’t ready at 4 pm when I arrived when it said I could check in at 3 pm. Did use a plate and came back later and found a bug on it and we didn’t ever have the door propped open overall it got the job done but I would’ve liked to see more effort.

Room was ok, had to ask for pots and pans and silverware 🍴 which was supposed to be stocked in room , got 1 pan and 3 forks 3 spoons , no cooking utensils, never got a pot for cooking meals. You have to go to the front desk for clean towels daily- no housekeeping service unless you stay 7 days
