Our stay was 2 nights. The first day the hot water was out and we were told it was being worked on. Were patient people so ok. The morning of check out and still no hot water. I was told that the manager would call me but so far it’s been crickets

Arrived around 7 pm. told the water was taking a while to get hot, but they had maintenance on it. Inferring it is hot but has to run a bit. WRONG> No hot water at 2 am , or 7am, and in fact had been out for 2 days. Had a big meeting and showing in cold water was not how I wanted to start my day.

Where do I even start? I guess at the beginning. IV drug use in plain site both outside and inside facility. Approached in parking lot by ladies of the night. Smell of THC wreaked so bad inside we had to take my wife to ER for an asthma flair at one point. Breakfast was putrid. The other, most obvious illegal activity I won’t even mention as it’s probably not the paid staffs fault. Left early from our scheduled check out date and was promised a refund but of course that has not happened. Avoid at all costs. Ruined our trip to see our son who’s stationed with the military near by.

The room was clean and well maintained. Kenyon was at the desk. He explained the rules, amenities, and he made me feel welcome. As a female traveling alone, I felt safer being acknowledged in a professional manner each time I left and returned. I would recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly and efficient, however, we saw some who appeared to be ladies of the night both in the area of the hotel and in the hotel. The hallways are in great need of refurbishing, carpet, elevator doors, painted moldings etc. No block out curtains that could be closed in the room.

The staff was excellent, it was clean. Beds were not comfortable they leaned to one side. Breakfast could have had different hot choices.
