Hello In my opinion I lot could be changed. Starting with the staff was not friendly. I had Mr. Logan he didn’t have a friendly demeanor. When I asked him if I had an ocean view, he rudely told me that if I looked over the balcony, I would see all the ocean views I needed. I thought that was very rude, especially since my view was to the other building. Also how it is worded on the website will have you thinking you have a view it should say something like a partial view. If I would’ve known the room I picked wasn’t facing the ocean That was the purpose of me getting the room I believe he gave me the room on purpose because I didn’t purchase valet for $25 a day so because I lived in town I went home some of my days . This ruined my vacation and I will think twice before booking there again. Last but not least for that hotel to have a boiler they ran out of hot water

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, only one thing that I didn't like was I chose full ocean view, I had a room that was showing part of the ocean, other than that everything was good.

Checkin was challenging (I.e., parking instruction). Everything in the hotel was closed and you cannot really call this a vacation club (this is a normal hotel, nothing special). Based on this experience I would not book another Hilton vacation club (try to sell time share when you arrive - bad idea).

The staff was largely unknowledgeable, unhelpful and slow. The only professional person we encountered was the maintenance man who came up to fix our fire alarm, which had been going off at random points throughout the day for no reason and waking our kids up (and took 3 notices to the front desk to get someone to come look at it). For not having any housekeeping or food services, our experience at this hotel was not even worth the cheap price (relative to others in vicinity) that it cost us. Not choosing it again.
