I would like to say that the staff was amazing, they really were. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The area that we were in around the hotel felt safe and was quiet. Our main issue was the room. Now, the beds were very comfortable and I slept well. There was one night, where we did not have hot water, and had to take a cold shower. We also did not realize at first that were a few hairs left in the tub from the previous person that stayed in our room. That made us uncomfortable like they did not clean the bathrooms well. Also, we had one day where the elevators were not working. One elevator was broken the entire time we were there. And the other one, they had to do maintenance on, so we were unable to use the elevator and had to climb 5 flights of stairs, very inconvenient. I'd give it a 3 star rating overall.

Please provide turkey bacon or sausage for breakfast options. Everybody doesn’t eat pork. I didn’t security in the lobby or in the parking lot. I’d like to see security at my next visit. Thank you!!!

Everything was great- staff- amenities- the breakfast- the room and hotel is beautiful- lovely scent too. Two minor faults- bath towels had an overpowering bleach scent. Love that they’re sanitized but the scent was really strong. And toilet backed up the middle of my two night stay. Plumbing issues aren’t entirely a hotels fault but was inconvenient. We were on our way out for the night got back late- and was leaving early the next morning. So didn’t bother to call for maintenance. Just used the lobby toilets for the last few hours. Overall the stay was amazing. Will be back- when back in town

Hotel is nice and clean. Location is great. During our stay we didn’t have hot water for a night and elevators were not working,. We booked a room for six but they didn’t have extra blankets for the sofa. Breakfast very good.

27 rooms on each floor and it’s a six floor building only one elevator just think 150 people waiting for an elevator also there is no coffee served except breakfast hours in the lobby. I booked a king suite and the TV was so small. I could barely see it.
