This hotel was an excellent choice. Everything was outstanding! But the best part was the staff!!! All were wonderful and treated us exceptionally well!!!

there was a noise non stop all night that seemed to come from an adjacent wall. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the room phone did not work), multiple times to ask them to look into it. They said they will check but nothing was done, and they did not bother contacting me back with an update. When I got outside of the corridor in the morning, I noticed my room was next to the service elevator, which was working all night. I paid for a room, to be up all night due to the terrible noise. The only person that apologized for it was the receptionist upon check out.

My check in experience was horrible! Check in time was at 4pm, I arrived around 4:45pm. My room wasn’t ready! I was here for a show that I needed to be ready for by 6:30pm,didn’t get to check in until 5:30pm!
