The service was good. Hotel clean and updated, though the craftsmanship of the updates looks like someone was new at painting, hanging things, etc. Linen was clean and no weird smells. Pricy parking and valet, with a confusing way to get to/from the garage to the hotel. They provide instructions on a piece of paper, because they are aware it’s convoluted. Probably need more signage around the garage and inside the hotel, which would elevate the confusion.

Our stay was just ok. Sadly, the property has not been maintained to a high standard. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Even after maintenance came and told us it was fixed, it still did not work. The area under the sink in our bathroom was filthy. I dropped my contact case and it fell under the sink. When I looked under the sink to retrieve it, I saw an old toothbrush and other debris. We used to stay at this hotel years ago and have such fond memories. This trip was a disappointment. The renovations that have been done took away much of the hotel’s delightful character.

We were able to get checked in an hour early which was great! The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we had to pay for parking but overall it was a great experience!
