House on the dune 40 steps to the sandy beach. Balcony view of bay for sunrise coffee & sunset wine. New & old homes surround this newly built home in "East Ocean View." Restaurants short walk, more only a two min. drive. Summer Sailing regattas on Weds. and Sun. evenings, live music at the Pavilion.

Excellent Host! The check in process an eaze! The house is as described super clean! The host provided more than enough accommodations and even leaves a nice treat for their guest! The location is excellent right by the stairs to the beach! Will definitely book again.

Great Location

The property provided us with a great location to visit local family while in the area. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great. The neighborhood during our stay was quite and at a good location for us. The property manager communicated with us very well and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Nice place but could be better.

Nice house but furnishings look like they all came from Goodwill. Bath towels were old beach towels. Glasses were a mix of leftovers. House not as clean as is could be. A lot of owner possesions. Breakfast provisions were a nice touch.
