The shower had mold and shower curtain had mold, The facility was quite run down. Aside from that the staff was courteous, and room was clean. The facility exterior could have used better care as there were arewas where litter had been allowed to accumulate.

Stay away.

Bathroom had mold in the tub. The floors were filthy. The soles of our feet were literally black. The location is also not in the best of neighborhoods. There was a loud argument/ fight in the parking lot right outside of our room at midnight and it went on for over an hour.

The room was filthy, there was what looked like feces on the toilet seat, and there were stains on the sheets and pillows. The overwhelming smell of bleach and mold were overwhelming. Pictures on web site are very well doctored. I wouldn’t kennel my pet rock there.

The place was dirty and in disrepair. I felt unsafe since the door looked like it was broken and I wasn’t sure if the lock worked correctly. Even the lobby smelled bad. No airport shuttle service. Even the taxi driver said it was the worst place in the area. At least the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m surprised that Expedia offers it as a choice on their site.

The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The hotel room had mildew stains on wall, ceiling, and lamp cover. It is moderately price so I understand you get what you for however I stayed on other properties and wasnt at bad.

It says it has breakfast included and they just offered coffee with a cupcake that is not s breakfast, I didn’t ask for room service and just went to get some clean towels and they gave me one 😶 terrible hotel. Don’t come here don’t take your kids there

Days in Norfolk

Rented three rooms and all three rooms were disgusting. Two rooms were heavily covered with mold, and one stunk terribly of urine. Hotel staff did rec clean one room and change the other two. But should not have happened in the first place.
