I never found the breakfast room. First night i had a hot shower. The next shower ibhad no hot water. Was hot at the spout but as soon as i pulled the button for shower it went cold. People above took a shower and you cluld hear water dripping. I found a puddle forming from water coming from under the kick board of bathroom. Right below where it was dripping. The $30 per pet PER NIGHT was ridiculous. I was travelling with 2. I can see a fee but refund at least half when staying for longer than a night!! I was there for 4 nights! The fees DOUBLED my price to stay!!

Room- toilets are the loudest thing you ever heard. Sounded like bombs going off all over the building. Heat didn’t seem to work properly, thermostat not working leaving room too hot. Staff- asked front desk to explain why I paid full price on Expedia then was charged $116.43. She seemed dazed and confused and couldn’t figure it out. She said she would have manager call, but that never happened. From her point of view, maybe $100 deposit, which is more than most hotels, but she had no explanation for the $16.43. So, frustrated, I ask her to just print my receipt so I would have backup. She said she couldn’t do that because there’s nothing to print. I left SMH. If they don’t get it right I’ll just dispute credit charge. Really not a nice stay at all. View of Bay was good. Nice place to walk, also.

We had a great stay. The layout of the family suite splits the space into 2 separate rooms, which we really appreciated (no door between the rooms, though). The property is right on the beach; some rooms have a beach view (ours didn't). Free breakfast goes till 10. We stayed Sat/Sun, and there was a different menu each day (plain omelet/ home fries/ sausage - Sat; bacon/ scrambled eggs/ biscuit and gravy - Sun.). Cons: The hotel is right by the main road, so the noise of traffic is quite loud and constant even in the evening. However, you can't hear it when you're behind the building and on the beach. It does make going out very convenient.

It was okay. The view is great and since it’s literally on the beach, it’s just a few steps from it. The room was averagely cleaned. I will say, the bath tub was clogged with water and it turned out it was because of the stopper but I assumed house cleaning would’ve done a check before we arrived. I found some stains on the bed cover so I removed it. Breakfast was also okay. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Overall, if it’s a quick stay, it works.
