The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a late check out being mid week which was great with my flight delay. The facilities are wonderful, I used them all, but the walls are very thin (lots of noise from above, I could even hear the neighbours on the loo!) and there was a very musty smell in the whole apartment which only started to go by the 3rd day. If I had had flyscreens in the living area I would have kept open, but I didn’t want all the mozzies to come in. If I came back I’d ask for a top floor for both those reasons.

This was our second time staying at the South Pacific Resort and we cannot wait to come back again. This place is such a tranquil, beautiful spot, you feel like you are on an island paradise yet so easy to keep busy during the day. We stayed in a superior 2bdrm apartment, 2 adults and 2 young kids. The space is excellent, more than enough room for us all. The only thing in the room is that the taos/faucets are getting a bit tired and rattely, plus being wooden floors feet get dirty quickly. Otherwise no gripes. The pools are excellent! Thai restaurant on site is great, plus super easy to get to all the other incredible restaurants in Noosa! I also had a session at the spa - it was incredible! Highly recommend this place!

This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). Overall an amazing experience at such a well cared for property. Truly exceeded our expectations.

The property is a bit tired. The dishwasher was old and failed to wash our dishes. The sink in the en suite was cracked and the shower splashed everywhere. The blinds were very dusty. This is a terrific accommodation option (Hawaii Apartments). The apartment was massive and of course all self contained with everything that you'd need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. The room was very clean and the balcony overlooking the pool area was a great day sleep area in the beautiful sun. Thank you to the staff who made our stay truly comfortable and the courtesy bus made life easier. Would certainly recommend and will stay again.
