The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a disappointing stay. Thanks to them both. On top of that the rooms here are good sized, spic and span and well equipped.

There were no cloths or dishwashing liquid to clean up. There was a person staying two doors up who screamed and carried on the whole time I stayed. I was escaping domestic violence and this was a serious trigger to me. I also asked if there were adjoining rooms and although there was not, I was not aware that the outdoor areas had access to all people being able to walk up to my back door. This made me feel extremely unsafe. There were two slugs in the room and this is a safety risk to children. If they ingest these it can be fatal. The shower was tiny and uncomfortable and there was. Gap under the door large enough to hear footsteps of everyone walking past. I would not recommend this place to a single woman, especially one who needs safety assurances.

The room was clean and good value for what you pay. The pool was great needed abit of a clean but considering all the storms at this time maybe why it was not at its best. Eventhough the pool was still a beautiful time to spend your arvo in as it was nice and warm. The location of the place is amazing, everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend to stay here.
