Caribbean Noosa is the perfect spot for those wanting nice accomodation that is reasonably priced and not too far away from Hastings Street/Main Beach. Our apartment (9) was beautifully renovated and the communal pool and access to the river were lovely.

Fantastic location a short walk from the amenities and beach. The apartment was spacious clean and fresh towels delivered daily. Jenny greeted us at check in was exceptionally helpful and gave us loads of information about the area and what to see/do. Loved being able to chill out on the gorgeous deck with beautiful river views. Jenny was really helpful, with both early check in and late check out. We also loved renting the kayaks for a paddle on the river. In all, it was a fantastic stay.

The location of Caribbean Noosa is outstanding and was one of the highlights of our stay. Being within easy walking distance of Hastings Street made it a fantastic base for exploring Noosa. The bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. While the location is excellent, the interior felt quite tired and would benefit from renovation. Given the premium location and cost of accommodation, the apartment did not feel reflective of the standard we were expecting. The shower water temperature was another significant issue, never becoming properly hot during our stay and remaining only lukewarm. We also found the cleaning standards fell below expectations, with hair left in the shower and floors that did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. There were a number of smaller issues including milk left in the fridge from a previous guest, insufficient toilet paper supplied and no shampoo or conditioner provided. After raising these concerns directly with management, they advised that apartments are individually owned and that the Waterview apartment we booked has not been renovated to the same standard as some of the Superior Waterfront apartments. They also acknowledged that the missing toiletries and toilet paper were an oversight. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Noosa thanks to the amazing location and comfortable bed, however the issues above impacted our stay and are the reason for our 3-star rating.
