Check in was perfect. We stayed at Gatehouse property. Dedicated parking was appreciated due to parking restrictions near property. Food at the on property bistro was very good. Would have rated higher overall however our room had several large construction containers in parking spots adjacent to building blocking the entrance to main building. Also, the rooms may need a tune-up of sorts. ex. Shower shelf fell off; Shower curtain needed replaced; TV Mount on wall was sketchy and unfortunately the building itself can be quite loud when other guest are moving about the corridor. But overall, it is a safe, convenient location to enjoy the Town without a car.

Our stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa was absolutely excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The restaurant was amazing - both the food and atmosphere were outstanding. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were warm, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. Our server went above and beyond to make our dining experience special, and the bartender was fantastic as well. I wish I remembered their names because they truly made a great impression. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. Great location, close to everything, we didn’t need our car at all. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was not worth the price. At $500 per night all I got was a 3 star room. And I find the $30 per night Resort Experience fee a scam (no clue what I received in exchange). I had to park in handicap spot which I was very uncomfortable about. I could hear voices and banging at night from other rooms. The stairs to my room were steep and narrow and we had to carry luggage ourselves. Not worth the price to stay. Even with the high price, we only get two bottles of water for the entire stay. Will advise others to go elsewhere and not stay here.

Convenient underground parking, daily room service. Wonderful “Zen” garden area with comfortable seating and gas fire tables - this area was very quiet and relaxing. Room was comfortably appointed, bed was very comfortable. Hotel was in the centre of Niagara on the Lake, could walk to everything: dining, shopping and staff at hotel were amazing! Loved our complimentary bottle of wine, Thank you!

Great staff, beautiful room, perfect location and parking included. Minor issues with room like a broken utility closet lock and the candle remote not working. The hydrotherapy room was disappointing: broken features on the sensory shower, no body scrub available, jaccuzi water spouts were rusted. Not worth the $95 cost. I wish the hotel had room servive or breakfast options all week. The NOTL restaurant was excellent. Best Burger ever. Beautiful spot to dine. The zen garden out back was tranquil and quiet. Lovely spot to relax.
