This place is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Perfectly located close to town, but also secluded. This is going to be our "go to" place when staying in NOTL!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 out of 5) I recently stayed at Riverbend Inn and Vineyard, and overall the experience was okay. The staff was polite and genuinely helpful, but the property itself doesn’t have much to offer, especially considering the price. It’s not like a typical hotel — the vibe is older and more limited, and there are very few basic services available. Even a simple glass of water has to be requested, and there’s no water dispenser on-site. For the cost, I was expecting more convenience. If you’re traveling with a baby, definitely think twice. There isn’t much support for families or young children, and the lack of simple amenities makes the stay less comfortable. Overall, I would give it 3 out of 5. The staff is great, but the property and services don’t match the price. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

It was good! Beautiful property. We checked in around 8 pm or so and the lady at the check-in was not happy to see us. We weren't told about the free tasting at the winery next door and then next day we say a couple enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, which wasn't mentioned to us. Change the check-in to a friendly check-in with all the info and maybe udate the shower unit from a Motel 6 plastic enclosure and this place is amazing 5 stars!!

Beautiful Inn! Quiet place to stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Very close to Niagara on the lake, lovely town! Used the bikes that are provided to bike all over. It was wonderful! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I booked this with my siblings for our mom to get away with a friend and celebrate her 70th bday. From the moment of booking and calling to inquire about the stay for her, the staff have been incredible! They even called my the day of to confirm they’d arrived ok and set them up with a bday beverage on the patio. They helped us arrange a shuttle and dinner plans, and have shown such care and class the whole way. Amazing property and staff!!!
