We checked in late and he heat did not work in our room; it was very cold all night. Told front desk about it next morning. Returned next day late 10pm, heat issue not repaired. They moved us to an inferior room - opposite elevator (noisy), smaller room, one of the beds looked like it had been used. Hotel gave us a $14 bottle of wine and 20% off our bill. That was it. Won’t stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was conveniently located. Pool, hot tub and fitness facilities were easily accessible and in good condition, no complaints! Bed was slightly uncomfortable and there was a lack of watchable tv channels i.e. no movie channels or other Canadian tv channels. Room was clean, jet tub was great with a view of the forest from our room. Overall experience = We would stay again.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were courteous and friendly. It was our 61st Wedding Anniversary weekend. Our stay here has been a yearly event. We hope to be able to return again next year.
