We loved this property for a 2-night stay while visiting from the Seattle area for my niece's wedding. The only thing I wish the hotel would provide is a complimentary 1-hour time slot per night to enjoy the spa pools and sauna. We were able to enjoy the amazing spa, enjoying a massage and also a 2-hour add on for the hydrotherapy circuit during our visit. The spa was not super busy during our hydrotherapy circuit, and it made me think how nice it would be for hotel guests to receive a complimentary 1-hour hydrotherapy circuit as part of their stay. Just a thought. Otherwise, what a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality, and the nice little touches that made our stay wonderful.

Very good property, great location...but air conditioning not functioning...warm room. Think property not prepared for first warm day. Could not open windowns because of rain and thermostat could not be adjusted.

The front desk staff are a delight - the ease with which you can contact them (simply text the number on your key card) was so good. Every hotel needs to do this. The updated rooms are super nice and the bathrooms are the same. Had dinner at the NOTL restaurant downstairs and have nothing bad to say about any of it (had the burger, steak frites and the tuna appetizer). Took the brownie to go and can confirm that that was also delicious. Just stay here - you’ll love it.
