From the moment we pulled in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The property was beautiful with so much to offer. Many dining options all which were fabulous! The rooms were clean well stocked and very spacious. They provide a mini refrigerator for the leftovers you will definitely have for a late night snack! Every single person we encountered was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and if in the area again we will be back!

Brief but great stay!
It was a brief stay as we got in later than expected. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would like to go back and enjoy the amenities when we have more time.

It was close to the attractions and the tour companies that I contacted offered shuttle pick up from the hotel making it convenient as well. The place was quiet. I didn't use the racquetclub or gym, but I walked thru and it looked very nice. I did eat at the fancier restaurant and the chef took kindness to me as a single traveler and made the mussel appetizer as a smaller portion since I never could have eaten it all. It was delicious! That shows true customer service and I appreciated that the most.

All the staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant, sad I wasn’t able to experience the spa but heard all great things. Location was perfect and right in the middle of everything🙌 can’t wait to go back

Super convenient location right off of the QEW and right beside the large outlet mall. The hotel is obviously designed for events such as weddings and conferences but staff were friendly and welcoming to us, even though we were just regular folks staying the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

we had an excellent experience the staff we extremely polite and helpful the only 1 thing was when our room was made up the cleaning person didnt do a great job leaving a dirty glass and the counters both in the coffee were not cleaned or in the bathroom but i loved it and would go back again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at White Oaks Resort and Spa. I would highly recommend. The staff were amazing sending us off with a cold bottle of water on our adventures each day. We ate at the Play restaurant twice and loved it. We enjoyed a ping pong game and walks in the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for day trips to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake and with the Outlook Mall right across the street.
