Family weekend getaway

The service quality was stellar. It was akin to service you’d receive on an all-inclusive down south. Towels available at the pool, text access to concierge for any assistance, extremely friendly and resourceful staff. Our family had an excellent weekend getaway. The weekend breakfast buffet was a great option, even with two kids under 5 in tow.

Although the resort is lovely, I rated it a 3 because I feel like we were misled on things. We arrived at 4pm, check in time, and were told our room was not ready. We had to wait over an hour with no explanation, no apology, nothing. There are extra fees tacked on for everything. I'm still trying to figure out why I paid over $100 more than expected. They use an annoying AI assistant to text you in case you need anything. I requested an in-room microwave since I have food allergies and sometimes need to heat my own food. Despite what it said in the info on Expedia, no microwave is available. We were supposed to get a $5 credit for not using housekeeping services but did not receive when others did. When I asked about it, I was directed to the front desk where I was told "oh yes, you are on our list to get the credit slip this evening". By then, it would have been too late for us to use it (they did give it to me when I went to the front desk).

Very convenientky located. Staff is extremely friendly and always asking if you need assistance. Room was spacious and pristine. Bedding very comfortable. Attention to details down to earplugs, loofahs and espresso machine in the room, everything is geared at a slow down and enjoy pace. Did not have time to enjoy the spa features that will the next trip!

Nice hotel. Room was spacious and had nice room amenities & products. TV and magnifying mirror in bathroom. Be careful as Shower leaks if door not properly aligned. Negative: They charged a $15 fee for the opportunity to use their amenities which seemed inappropriate as it was not an optional fee so should just be part of the room rate - seems to be a way to appear less expensive than competitors?

We come back to White Oaks whenever we visit the Niagara area. It’s not quaint like many of the NOTL inns but it has great dining and a fantastic spa and gym. As well, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are huge with comfy beds!

I recently stayed at White Oaks Resort & Spa, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a cozy, upscale feel that made it easy to relax. I treated myself to a spa day, and it was pure bliss—the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The fitness and recreation facilities are top-notch, and the restaurants on-site serve fresh, delicious meals. The location is perfect, just minutes from wineries and right across from the outlets. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely beautiful, classy hotel. From the minute we walked in, being greeted and bags brought to the room. Decor was superb throughout, fresh flowers everywhere. Room was amazing, roomy, beds were luxurious, best pillows ever had in a hotel. Restaurants and staff were exceptional and we Will definitely return .

Nice and clean property with professional and courteous staff. Conveniently located with short drives to wineries and the falls. Also, walking distance to the outlet shops. Overall, great property. We will keep coming back!
