Healthy breakfast, good service, friendly staff, nice and quiet atmosphere, very much enjoyed the wine-tasting social hour. We were unhappy about only one thing: our internet was cut off at 00:01 a.m. on the day of our departure though the checkout time is 11:00 a.m. we ended up with no internet when we woke up.

Very clean hotel. And the French toast at breakfast each morning was amazing! Great location right near the water, we walked the path along the water each morning. It was absolutely beautiful. Within walking distance to all of Queen Street. You won't be disappointed.

It is a beautiful property with nice size rooms and a gas fireplace in every room and whirlpool tub. Very friendly staff and beautifully decorated. Very comfy king bed too. Also close to downtown and easy ride to Niagara Falls. Niagara in the Lake is also beautiful with plenty of restaurants

Friendly and helpful!

A great location as it's walkable to everywhere without being on the really busy main street. They run a shuttle to all the restaurants, which is very easy to use - including when you need picking up. The Wine Happy Hour is a lovely way of getting to mingle with other guests!

The staff were friendly, but there was miscommunication regarding vegan options for breakfast. Check-in staff asked about dietary restrictions but it was not translated to breakfast staff and there was limited food options for my friend. From my perspective, the breakfast was very tasty, but it was disappointing in light of the earlier question.

Perfect Spot for a Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway

We had such a great stay at this boutique hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had nice little touches that made it feel special without being over the top. The location couldn’t be better. Everything in Niagara-on-the-Lake is right outside the door—restaurants, shops, the theater, and even some wineries are just a short walk away. It was so nice to be able to park the car and not need it again until we left. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, this place is charming, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.
