This place was excellent—spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and delivered genuine relaxed elegance. It had everything you could want: charm, comfort, and close proximity to all the best parts of town. If you love strolling tree-lined streets, boutique finds, local flavor, and a sense of timeless calm, this is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy. We loved this property. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. We stayed in the Diana Suite which gave us a balcony overlooking King Street. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea, sitting in the evening reading my book and watching the horse drawn carriages riding by. The room had so many nice amenities making our stay very enjoyable. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely book here again the next time I travel to Niagara on the Lake.

The suite was perfect for a short stay and has everything you might need and more! The bed and bedding is high quality and very comfortable. The bathroom with shower was spotless with lots of toiletries. Overall a very delightful space with higher quality dishes and finishes throughout. Would definitely recommend.

The Lillibet Suite is spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is comfortable. The patio is large and inviting and even has a grill. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your location. The room was quite comfortable. The only negative was the size of the shower... we are used to having more space to move about. We enjoyed leaving our car in your free parking lot and walking to the museum, to the shore, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous location, especially for the theatre if that's part of your visit. Neighbourhood great for walking around, lots of restaurants. So easy to check in. The Suites on King is a great location for walking old town of NOTL. We enjoyed the area's offerings of restaurants, shops and the Lake park. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a delightful balcony for relaxing and people watching. We enjoyed the Irish Harp pub next door with its nightly events and friendly staff. We did music trivia on Tuesday night and watched a band on Thursday night. It was a nice end to our daily excursions around town. Wineries are a short drive away and having on site parking made it easy to leave and come back. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the NOTL area. I could tell the hosts put much thought into making the room welcoming and pleasant.
