We had a great time here. My husband even felt very comfortable leaving me when he had to go to work for a couple hours. It is a very peaceful hotel and the staff is very friendly and polite. We will be staying there again.

The rooms were below expectations and not very comfortable. One of the rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor that made our stay difficult. While the staff seemed polite, the overall experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Property was ok. Nice decorations/statues/benches/gazebos around. Limited TV channels and poor reception. Parking in front of our suite was poor and the front desk person was not concerned. Room was clean. No dining on site. Jacuzzi tub was good with electric fireplace for ambiance. Stayed 2 nights to visit Niagara Falls.

I had a lovely stay, the room was cozy and very clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Lockport Inn and Suites to family and friends as a great, friendly place to stay.

We had a wedding to attend in the area, we booked for an overnight stay. The staff was super friendly & helpful! Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable & the grounds well kept. My only suggestion would be to remove the carpet from the bathroom.
