The main issue was the pool heater was not working properly, so the pool was freezing. Positives were the beds were really comfortable, the included breakfast was pretty good, and the location was convenient to everywhere I needed to go.

Family trip. Good hotel, good breakfast. Marihuana is still an issue even when it is legal in VA. My fridge had a powerful marihuana smell. A nonsmoking policy should be applied to all types of smoke. Further than that the hotel is nice

The employees were very friendly and helpful. One problem was the TV. We couldn't figure out how to change channels. The caretaker came in and helped us. It would be helpful to have a instruction card to go with the TV.

The staff is the reason we stay here every time. You will not find a friendlier staff anywhere. The rooms are clean and service is excellent. Sharon and Amy are the sweetest most helpful people I have ever met. We love this place and the staff

This was second time staying at this location and it surely will not be the last . I am more certain about staying with you all for the quality service I have received each time I visited the airport location. The young man at the front desk was the one who helped me to check in but the young lady was phenomenal. As soon as I get thru the front door I was greeted with the biggest and warmest smile. She assisted the young man to get me a speedy check in and also made my stay a bit better. I had forgot my toothbrush this stay, I immediately called down stairs and the young man let me know you guys had some and I could come down to receive one.when I actually got down stairs I was met with the young lady who informed me I could have coffee any time. That was such a pleasant surprise because I surely needed that. She was the one who actually brought me my tooth brush and as well as one for my husband along with toothpaste. I just would like to certainly thank you all for another great stay. I will see you all again soon. I’m excited about the pool for my next stay. Also the gentleman who I seen upon checking out gave a warm atmosphere as well even though I was leaving the building me he was very friendly and got my day off to a great start for just being that.
