Really lovely stay, great location, good experience. Only suggestion would be more fans since there is no air conditioning for hot days. Would recommend and stay again!

Relocation Stay - Living Vacation

Great - 😊 Location is right across the street from Agate Beach. It's close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet location. Peek-a-boo views of the ocean. 30 ft windows, sleeping in the loft master bedroom, you can literally lay in bed and see the ocean. Super open and airy. Loaded with supplies - about everything you can think of in the kitchen to games, beach chairs, crab pots, grill, hot tub. Loved the back deck. You can sit at the picnic table and hear the roar of the ocean. The hot tub is clean, well maintained weekly and it's very cool to sit in it and see all the stars at night. Lrg gas grill outback is wonderful for BBQing. It's got a 2 person jetted tub in the master bath. Older but works great. Julie, the property manger is friendly, very competent and addressed any question or concerns quickly. Not so good - 😕 Property is 10+ yrs old - so expect it to be not perfect. Not property mgmts fault but location - road is gravel and the pot holes are enormous at the entrance/exit. The trash is a long walk, make sure to take the key, the cans are locked. If your staying long term, you can not get mail there. There is a lawsuit with the HOA. We had to get a PO box. The house is a open/loft set-up, so if your party is multiple ppl, be aware you will hear everything if your sleeping in the loft and others are anywhere else. Cleanliness- if your OCD it may bother you that things are not perfect. It's not gross by any means. Linens, bathrooms, kitchen are clean but may find dust or imperfections. * Remember with these rentals, ppl are not in them all the time and mgmt doesn't stay or live there, so they don't know if anything is wrong unless you tell them. Kindness goes a long ways. We'd definitely recommend this VRBO. Beautiful location, house is more than just turn key and mgmt is great.
