Welcome to Newport Coast Villas a private gated luxury property. I've been an owner since 2003 and every year I returned with my family and friends to vacation at Crystal Cove, Balboa Island & Pelican Hill in Newport Coast. I have now decided to offer my villa for rental so that others can enjoy it the way I have, making priceless memories.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, King Bed in the Primary Bedroom, Jacuzzi Jet Tub, walk In shower with 3 shower heads in the Master Bath. Guest Bedroom includes Queen Bed, Double Sofa Bed, includes Bath, shower and Sleeper sofa. Guest Bedroom has a mini kitchen
Full Villa has full Kitchen, Dining Room Breakfast Bar, balcony dining, and a stackable Washer & Dryer is hidden away in a closet, so you never have to put on a wet swimsuit again.
