This unique home consists of a two bedroom, two bath front house with a private one bedroom one bath unit (includes kitchen) above the garage in the rear of the building. Large front patio with great ocean views, two car parking with another space behind, and non-coin up laundry in the garage.
**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**
General Info:
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.
**All reservations are subject to owner approval**
Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.
Parking: 3 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage with 1 space behind.
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets and towels are provided!

It’s a pretty busy spot, and there is a lot going on here. The boardwalk isn’t in front of this property which is great, but there is added traffic on the side as it is beside the road up to the beach.

Beach front cottage
The property location can't be beat! The house is somewhat dated as would you expect. The BBQ was charcoal which proved to be a challenge on a windy day but we did get it lit. Propane would b nice. The house accommodated all 7 of us with room to spare. Thanks and we will book again.
