Off the kitchen, a glass door opens to a private sun deck, perfect for a morning or evening beverage as you enjoy the ocean breeze.



In the living room, plantation shutters and double pained windows provide privacy and peace. The master retreat offers high ceilings, two walk-in closets, and a spa-like bath. Two additional bedrooms include a queen with an adjacent bathroom and a bunk bedroom that sleeps four. Across from these bedrooms is an additional well-appointed bathroom with a large glass shower.

Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

-Must be 26 or older to book and stay on property through out the entire stay.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
