Booked this very very last minute, like 30 mins before arriving. I was unsure exactly what I was getting but it was far better than the Premier Inn I had stayed in the night before. The room was modern & spotless. The staff were warm & welcoming & the cooked breakfast included was excellent.

Excellent hotel

Really good hotel. Service was excellent and staff were really friendly. Room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely although i would have preferred it a little bit later than 8.30am. I would definitely stay here again and have no trouble recommending it.

We will be back!

Laura was lovely when we checked in. We felt really welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant was clised that evening but we were directed to some eateries a few mjnutes walk away and had a lovely meal. Drinks from the hotel bar were very reasonably priced and we had a good breakfast in the morning. The lady who organised our breakfast and check out was also great. Overall, a lovely, welcoming hotel

Had a 2 day stay here for a family wedding. Rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. Shower excellent water very hot. The staff are very friendly and helpful, advising on local restaurants and booking taxis. Would definitely stay again.

Super friendly and helpful staff throughout check in, breakfast and check out. Comfortable beds, and decent room overall. I wasn’t keen on the sausage but the rest of breakfast was lovely. The staff are what make this hotel great.

Short concert break

We enjoyed our 1 night stay, the person on reception couldn't have been more polite, accomodatìng or friendly she provided an excellent service all round. We had a few drinks in bar area and was then shown into adjojning restaurant Florence where the food and service was excellent, we were phoned a taxi by receptìonist to take us to a concert at City Hall, breakfast next morning was very nice
