Spacious room with a lovely lookout over the sea front and view of Herd Goyne. Bed mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, maybe time for replacing. Weather was very hot during our stay and the room was warm, but reception provided a fan on request which helped. Great location with an easy walk along the beach promenade to the Marine Park and Ocean Road. Plentiful and easy parking.

Great location and free parking. Room was a good size and clean with a great view, although decor & furniture a little dated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but not enough on duty, especially late evening at the bar. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Would stay again if in the area

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions an have been pleased with the outcome. Little things are now getting a little dated e.g shower curtain(?), stains on bath silicone seal and no USB charging sockets. Location is good together with parking but price appears to have increased and the breakfast is not as good compared to previous visits.

This hotel is in a fantastic location but definitely is needing its upgrade. It’s very tired. The room itself was ok spacious and clean and with a lovely sea view. The staff were very nice once you spoke to them but I actually found it quite uninviting. The breakfast food was nice but definitely could do with being better run. Will visit again after it’s refurb and hopefully more staff training.
