Lovely welcome from Michael on arrival. Clean room. Some of hot breakfast was cold. Delighted to see that Holiday Inn is an employer of adults with a learning disability.

I only stayed one night for work in Newcastle but my one night was excellent. Great room, great shower, all the staff I met were superb friendly, helpful & proper good crack, as for the breakfast….. I sooooo needed that in the morning. In a nutshell 10 out 10, I’ll book there again, Thanks 👍
