Access to the property is via a steep driveway from Marks Point Road and is suitable for 4WD vehicles only. Guests without a 4WD can park at the top of the hill and access the property via the wooden stairs leading down to the house.
As the property is located directly on the waterfront, children must be supervised at all times. Life jackets are available and must be worn when using the kayaks or paddle board in accordance with local safety regulations.
