They were super accommodating with my mom and I, we flew in on Frontier (0/10 experience) and Frontier had kept cancelling and rebooking us, but the hotel staff was super understanding of our stressful situation! The bed was SO COMFY and the location was super convenient. The bar and restaurant were good too. If I go back to NYC I am considering staying here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We booked a king bed room for 4 nights and unfortunately the bed was definitely not a king size or even a queen size in length. The bathroom is small and there’s not a lot of room to put toiletries. The air con was very noisy (needed ear plugs to get to sleep) and there were limited settings - we could only lower the temp to 20 degrees Celsius/68f during summer. The window was tiny and due to the positioning of the room and having a nice view of a brick wall, there was no natural light coming into the room meaning we had to have lights on whenever we were awake and in the room. The room was also tiny compared to other tourist places we have stayed in the USA at a lower price.
It would be nice if the restaurant offered lunch and dinner options - only breakfast and the bar upstairs offering snacks/drinks. When we went up to get snacks, we were told they had run out of food? Due to the number of homeless people and drug affected people hanging around the area, I would have felt safer having dinner in the venue instead of heading out.
There were plenty of food options ith in the hotel. I did looked for a vending machine but did not find one rather than spending five dollars on a 12 oz can soda.
I initially booked a double bed room because I was travelling with my 2 kids. However, on they gave me 2 king rooms aying they had no available double room, whiwh I accepted. Big mistake. First, the toilet in my room (#1508) was clogged and I had to call maitnenance twice on monday morning. Second, I couldn't sleep because the AC was so loud I had to turn it off. If you ever go there do not accept rooms 1508.
Great property! Rooms were very clean and service was great. The area and amount of homeless around the hotel was the only drawback. Evenings were especially bad.
Property had a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The doorman was always pleasant and ran to open the door for me. Housekeeping cleaned my room after 1st night which was a plus. Will stay here again soon.
